The Joys of being Irish

The purpose of our trip to Denmark was to renew our Russian visas, we had done this one year earlier with out any problems. Since then Russia has changed it's laws on where you can get your visas, namely in your home country or as Europeans somewhere in Europe. But as Ireland is outside the Shangan agreement we thought there might be the chance that we wouldn't be able to get our visas in Denmark, which I found out to be ture on the monday morning. So we went to plan B. Monday afternoon I was on a plane to Ireland, Tuesday morning I was at the Russian Embassy in Dublin and got our visas issued there on the spot, Wednesday morning I was on a flight back to Copenhagen. Last year when we were in Denmark I enjoy a really nice week and was able to relax a bit before returning to Moscow and had hoped to do the same this year. After my flying trip home to Ireland and back to Copenhagen I was finally beginning to relax on Saturday before flying back to Moscow on the Sunday morning, so much for my rest!
