Coldest month in 60 Years

Weather experts say January 2010 was the coldest month in Moscow for 60 years. I am not sure if that is the coldest January or simply the coldest month, but it was cold. Hopefully February will not be as cold and in march we will begin to see spring approaching.

The "Big Freeze" in Ireland

We've had a lot of Snow over the last few days, I know you are most likely thinking "what is unusually about that in Russia? This December we have had a lot more snow that Decembers in recent years.
